The Service Family

This is an original concept, and practiced exclusively by Coco Beach Island Resort. Somewhere close to your room resides an entire Filipino family. This family has been assigned to look after your accommodations, and to serve you during your stay. As soon as you register as a guest, YOU become a part of their family!

Keep in mind that these people have had no formal hotel training; what they offer is simple and natural Filipino hospitality.

We've been working on this for several years, and we've hit upon a fantastic formula:

When we say Italian, we ONLY mean the best 100% wool material from Biella Milano. No copies, no mixed strange material that many in Hong Kong and Bangkok are calling "Italian."

The Shopping Arcade

At the arcade behind the main building, you will find souvenirs and gift items that you absolutely must bring home to your friends and relatives. We also have items you may need for personal use.

Massage

We are proud to offer you the wondes of Asian healthcare - Therapeutic Massage. Our masseurs combine world-famous Japanese Shiatsu massage and Chinese Accupressure to relieve your body of common pains caused by tension, fatigue, and other chronic problems.

Beauty Parlor

Even while surfing and swimming in the tropics, our beauticians and personal grooming experts will help you look your best. Visit our beauty parlor and experience Filipino beauty and body care.

Clinic

We have a competent doctor and a cute little nurse. They are both very kind and helpful, and they're on call 24 hours to attend to any medical emergency.

Business Services

We provide cellular phone and fax services. Please note that these services are quite difficult and expensive for us to maintain and that is the reason we have to charge rates that are fairly high.

We also have installed an Internet café, which allows you to keep in touch with the rest of the world. Our Internet link is a single VSAT satellite antenna, so the performance may not be as fast as what you are used to, but we are connected 24 hours a day.

We also offer ticket ordering for domestic and international flights, flight reconfirmation, and hotel room reservation.

Laundry

While you're on vacation, you might as well feel like nobility and let our staff do your laundry. Place your dirty clothes in the laundry basket in your room, and you'll have it back - washed and ironed - in two to three days.

Check with the front desk for rates. For this service, you transact and pay directly to your service family. Coco Beach Island Resort cannot accept responsibility for damage caused to items during washing and ironing.

Safety Deposit Boxes

Each room has a small safety deposit box where you can keep your valuables. Take good care of the key as you will need to pay a heft sum if you lose it. And never take large amounts of money with you when you visit the different beaches and tourist destinations.
